A Chicago native, Kim has lived in St. Augustine since 2004. Kim’s background was in education where she has taught all grades from Kindergarten through High School. Kim taught at our local elementary school Mill Creek, where her children also attended. Both children then continued on to Pacetti Bay Middle School and graduated from Nease High School.
After teaching she transitioned into a benefits consultant role for Florida teachers. Her familiarity with the St. Johns County School District makes her a great resource for families with children moving to the area.
Kim is not new to Real Estate in that she has owned several rental properties in North Florida and is excited being part of the Davidson Realty Team. Kim enjoys living in World Golf Village and is very familiar with the area including its golf courses, which she plays with her husband on her free time. They are also foodies who appreciate good wine so they make sure to check out the restaurants and wine tasting rooms in town and into Jacksonville.
Kim has a huge heart for animals. She has rescued many dogs, cats and horses over the years and takes visitors to support our local St. Augustine Wild Reserve every chance she gets.
