Eastwood is a neighborhood in the Julington Creek community that boasts large homes set among mature oak trees and quiet Florida wilderness. Most of the homes back up to wooded land or one of the community's lakes. Sizes range from 2,100 to 4,300 sq. ft. and vary between three and six bedrooms. Eastwood is part of Aberdeen, a master-planned community in northern St. Johns County. As part of Aberdeen, residents of Eastwood enjoy access to Aberdeen Park, which has a master clubhouse, fitness facility and two swimming pools as well as a children's playground, sports fields and walking trails.
